Everyone has their own reason for working out. Is yours to look great at the beach or are you trying to get in athletic shape? Despite what your goals are, I can help you achieve them through hard work and dedication.

I have over 11 years of experience in personal and group training. I am an american veteran with over three years in Iraq and my training routines and regimen have been proven to not only work, but to save lives as well. I want to now pass this opportunity on to you. Take advantage of my exciting, yet challenging workouts and you will benefit in more ways than you can imagine.

You will see quickly that I am not your typical personal trainer... one who is texting while you are working out (all while you are doing the exercise wrong); I focus on safety at all times while executing proper form and getting the most out of your workouts. I will never push you beyond what you can handle and am not a "more weight the better" kind of trainer. I want to see you succeed in your goals, not to injure yourself or others.

With all that being said, I am tough and will push you beyond what you may think is possible and yet gentle enough to work with anyone of any age or physical fitness level. If by the end of the first session you are not completely satisfied with what I can offer you, you are more than welcome to discontinue. I find that this is usually not the case for those who are serious about getting in shape, staying in shape and changing their overall lifestyle. Getting in shape is not just working out, it's a change in your current life style. That is why diets rarely ever work. It's a complete change is perception and daily habits that are not conducive to staying healthy. We are the fast food nation that never sleeps. Among many things, there are sever very important points to remember when trying to lose weight or to get into shape. Every single one is just as important as the next. If put together properly, your results will not only be apparent, but they will last.

Every year there are so many people that pay for gym memberships that they only use for the first two weeks... if that, and never return. Why is this? First off, there are very few people who have the ability to push themselves when it gets tough or when they are tired. Unfortunately most people are not willing to go the extra mile and get a personal trainer. Especially one who is well worth what they charge. In turn, they grow tired and find every excuse in the book to skip the gym. A personal trainer will be there to push, critique and motivate you to continue the challenging workout instead of quitting when it gets tough and expect you to return for another session. It takes time to relearn a new habit as well as break an old one. Most people can't do it on their own; I know that together, you and I could overcome this trend.

Second, most people don't have the first clue as to what they are doing in the gym and end up doing the same exercises that their friend is doing or that they have seen before. The problem with this is that they are most likely not doing the exercise properly as well as using too little or too much weight. All of these being dangerous and unsafe. There is no one right routine or exercise for everyone. Everyone is different and each person has their own strengths and weaknesses. So what may be right for one is not necessarily right for another. I personally assess each and every potential client to see where they are at physically as well as conduct a thorough questioning to find out any disabilities or injuries that may cause further harm or limitations to the workout regimen I set up for them. From there, I will create a personalized routine for them to not only work around their limitations, but in most cases strengthen them. I take pride in the personal attention I give to my clients.

Thirdly, each person has an idea of what they would like to look like physically or what sport they would like to be able to compete in, but very few know the proper path to take in order to achieve those goals. In our society today, we are used to getting everything quickly and if we can't we tend to get frustrated and quit or even worse, turn to alternative methods. Goals need to be set and a tentative path created and followed. Only then can you truly insure that your end goal will be achieved. Without a game plan, we tend to get distracted from the task at hand, so this is where a personal trainer will keep you on track. They will keep you motivated, focused and moving forward. If your goals should change, then so does your path, but be confident that you still have not lost any ground.

With all of that being said, I am fully confident that if you give me a chance you will be pleasantly surprised. The only question is are you ready for a life changing experience?

What can I say about this topic? Other than the fact that it is the most important factor in combat sports, it's also the most neglected. Without much gas even a Ferrari doesn't go far. So I have applied a fairly new type of conditioning training to my personal training regimen; It is a type of circuit training geared towards combat sports. This new type of training has proven to be extremely successful for me as well as my clients. I use odd objects and an unorthodox training style that I am sure that you will absolutely love to hate... but it will make you the athlete that you have always wanted to be. Each and every workout is custom made for each client and their goals. I challenge you to try my conditioning program... can you hang?

This is the quickest and best way to improve your conditioning and loose weight. Anyone can train this way, you don't have to be involved with combat sports. It is a big challenge and also very rewarding. I assure you that you will not only hate it... but you'll absolutely love it as well.

With so many different supplements to choose from out on the market today, It's completely understandable to be confused with what is real and what is not. I have over 11 years of experience in physical fitness and have unfortunately spent more money on placebo supplements and worthless gimmicks than I would have liked to. So with that in mind I have decided to list some of the products that truly work and that I personally use.

Keep in mind that supplements were designed for different purposes, i.e. weight loss, muscle mass, nutrition, ect. So you must first ask yourself what goals you would like to achieve through your physical fitness routine, only then will you be able to truly find the right supplements for you and your specific goals. Don't be side tracked with marketing ploys or sales people telling you that you "need" a certain supplement. I just want to point out that not all supplements work the same way for everyone, so you are going to have to experiment a little until you find what works for you.

Q: What do you charge per personal training session?

A: Well that all depends on the type of training and where the training is being conducted. Schedule a training session and see if it's what you want first. Keep in mind that you want results, I will give you the results that you want. But just to give you an idea here are some prices:

- Weight Lifting Session: $45 Per Session (Minimum of 5 Sessions) 1 Hour Each.

- Conditioning Session: $35 Per Session (Minimum of 5 Sessions) 30 Minutes Each.

- NOTE: $5 off each session for each person that you refer or bring to workout with you.

- Personalized Workout (Weight Lifting / Conditioning / Cardio Training: $150 Each

- In Home Training: $50 Per Session (Minimum of 5 Sessions) 1 Hour Each.

Q: If I already have a gym membership at a local gym, can you train me there?

A: Unfortunately most gyms won't allow outside trainers to operation in their gyms, so most of what I do is body weight exercise and odd objects. The great thing about it is that my method is not only effective and challenging, but fun as well.
