Due to copyright laws, I'm not allowed to post any video of the Worlds Jiu Jitsu Championships.

I showed up to Cal State Long Beach at 4:20 pm and started to get warmed up and stretched out. I felt great and made weight easily. I had my first match a little after 5 pm. My opponent (James Tobin), had four stripes on his belt and was very good. He didn't want to mess around with take downs so he pulled guard. I passed to half guard and he replaced. We did this several times until he was able to finally catch me in a triangle choke. I tried to escape but as I did, he was able to tighten it even more.

I lost 2:30 mins in the first match due to a triangle choke. Congrats to him.

It's always hard to loose. You tend to replay it all over in your mind over and over and wonder what really happened. All I know is that I have learned from it and I know that I will do better next year! Watch out for me... I'm a world champion waiting to happen!

First off I want to thank all of the vets that have sacrificed for the greater good for the United States of America. It's Memorial Day today and I can only think about all of my fallen brothers; you are not forgotten. I love you and miss you all greatly. Freedom is not free!

I have updated the media page. I decided that there was too much stuff going on there, so I made it easier for those with slower internet connections.

I will be having my MMA Pro Debut coming at the end of the summer. Keep checking back for details.

I am starting a clothing line and products will be available for purchase and viewing coming soon!
